Returns & Exchange Policy

If you are not 100% happy with your Penify Shop purchase, you may return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
• Return shipping is on us — we provide a prepaid label.

How to Return

1. Sign in to your account and go to “My Orders”.
2. Select the item(s) you want to return.
3. Choose a reason and download your prepaid return label.
4. Drop the package at any carrier location.
5. Your refund is issued within 1-3 business days of receipt at our warehouse.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 3-7 business days.
